Here’s my first project done in my HelloMayaPapaya studio. A set of three nesting boxes made from calico fabric. It’s better to have a thicker canvas material, but in lieu of that I used two layers of calico with interfacing between. Sewn together using red thread. This project is from the book Improv Sewing. And since we’re on the topic of my little studio, more of that in a coming blog post!
